"We walked in at 10pm and were treated to a superb welcome to Bordeaux. The staff is professional and efficient, yet takes time to make you feel welcome and respected. We ordered entrecote with starters, sides, desserts and a bottle of local red and had the best meal you can have under 50€."

"Très bon restaurant spécialisé dans la viande. Le service est rapide, meme pour des grandes tables (10p.). Vous pouvez largement manger en moins d'une heure. Il est possible de réserver à l'avance. Taille des tables : 1 - 16 personnes. Les sauces sont excellentes. Comptez environ 20e pour un plat"

"I found this place near Gare de Jean where I was staying. I only had 38 hours in Bordeaux and had seen and eaten in the best of the old town and didn’t want to go back. What a find, the salmon carpaccio left just enough to wipe the bread over the plate. The magret de canard was slightly pink in the middle and the suggested sauce was slightly peppery. A perfect match with the suggested wines and finishing with the Couer Fondant, the maître d’s favourite. A great end to a bicycle trip thru Spain and France thanks to Restaurant Boef Gourmand, on the platform 14 side of Gare St Jean. A highly recommended sweet spot at the New and Moderne end of town."

"Es liegt etwas abseits vom Bahnhof in einem Neubaugebiet mit Investment-Ruinen, aber das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Einzig die Einrichtung (Plastikblumen und -palme u. ä.) entwerten das Ambiente etwas. Wir waren dort zu zweit zum Mittagessen an einem Samstag und außer uns waren nur noch 3 andere Gäste anwesend."

"Excellent Restaurant qui mérite une note de 5/5 ! Très bonne ambiance conviviale Nous y avons très bien mangé, ce fut un régal. La viande est délicieuse Nous avons pris en plat, la côte de bœuf maturée (qui est succulente) ainsi que l’entrecôte (délicieuse également). Les desserts sont bons également. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est réactif et sympathique. Excellente adresse sur Bordeaux, à tester absolument ! Je recommande fortement, allez-y les yeux fermés Vous ne serez pas déçu"
